Raspberry Pi Case Competition Voting

Somewhere around the time I had filled my 2nd or 3rd box of plexiglas scraps, I had thought about using them to make some kind of stained glass ornament or container. When Bit Tech announced a little contest to make little cases, my tile saw was already set up, and I was in sanding limbo on my current project. It was like all the stars and planets lined up for this moment. It even gave me a chance to recycle stuff most people would throw away.

My plan was to glue many tiny bits of plastic until I had something that could be used as a panel, from there I worked my way up to a five sided box. I stuck to bits of blue, purple, and green with a hint of red.

To fix the Pi in place, I opted for a precision fit on and around the edge of the board - hey, those are, what, M2 screw holes in the Pi board? I'm pretty sure I don't have a tap for that. I might have some screws, but I was worried I might accidentally inhale one.

The base screws onto the bottom of the case, sandwiching the Pi in place, theoretically. I haven't seen the Pi in real life yet, and relied on the various pictures and measurements to make my cuts. There's likely a ton of tweaking necessary to ensure the case even closes.
As an experiment, I'm quite pleased with the finished product. I wish to use the technique for something much bigger in the future. That reminds me; The finished outer dimensions are 4" x 3 1/16" x 1 3/16" (101mm x 78mm x 30mm).
